About Us
Exodus Family Ministries (EFM) – Serving the Community with Food, Clothing, Support, and Faith
Food Assistance:
Food Pantry:
- Open 1st & 3rd Fridays (4–6pm)
- Providing meal boxes to 1,800–2,000 neighbors monthly, including those with health or mobility challenges.
Food Box Deliveries:
- Delivers 400+ boxes monthly to seniors and individuals unable to access the pantry across 9 local zip codes.
Senior Commodity Boxes:
- Open the 2nd Friday of each month from 3pm to 4:30pm.
- Special USDA-approved boxes for seniors 60+
- Delivery options available.
Clothing Support:
Clothes Closet:
- Open 2nd & 4th Fridays (4–6pm).
- Accepts gently used clothing (infants–adults), shoes, blankets, and new hygiene items.
- Serves 100–125 people monthly at no cost, with additional impact through 15 partner organizations.
Community Resource Center::
- Some outreach providing basic needs and building relationships with individuals experiencing homelessness.
- The city’s only full-service day shelter outside I-264. Provides assistance with identification, health services, recovery programs, housing, and employment.
- Resource Center is open Monday (Women & Men), Wednesday (Women) and Friday (Men) from 10:30am to 2:30pm.
- Open Tuesdays for walk-ups from 8:30am to 11:30am.
- Offers limited transportation to medical, housing, and recovery appointments.
Faith Services:
- Offers opportunities to grow in a relationship with Jesus through prayer, Bible studies, fellowship services, and classes like Digging Deeper for discipleship.
- Baptisms available. Participation is optional for all other services.
Impact: EFM meets immediate needs like food, clothing, and shelter while addressing barriers to long-term stability and providing spiritual support for all community members.
